Neptune SaaS services hosted at neptune.ai were shut down on 2026‑03‑06 12:00 UTC. Login is no longer available.
Can I still access my projects/runs/artifacts?
No. There is no UI or API access after shutdown.
Can you temporarily re-enable access so I can export?
No. Neptune SaaS services are no longer available in any mode.
Can you restore or recover my data?
No. All data stored in Neptune Cloud was permanently deleted at shutdown. There is no recovery option. Check Data access & export.
What happened to my data and when is it deleted?
All data stored in Neptune Cloud was deleted following the shutdown on 2026‑03‑06 12:00 UTC. See Data access & export.
How do I get invoices/receipts?
Email [email protected]. Billing support is available until 2026‑04‑30.
Does this affect self-hosted / private deployments?
Neptune Self-Hosted deployments are not automatically disabled.
However, official support, Helm repositories, and container image repositories will be discontinued on 2026-03-08.
Existing self-hosted instances already running in your infrastructure will continue to operate as long as your license key remains valid and your environment supports the deployment.
