Neptune doesn't currently officially support mobile browsers.
Since Neptune is a web application, many features do work, so you may find that it's functional for your needs. Dashboards and reports can be viewed, but the application isn't optimized for touch interactions, so you may notice things like:
hover actions and chart legends aren't visible
it's is easy to accidentally update widget layout in dashboards while navigating
the sign in experience (especially with SSO on iOS) is inconsistent
If something isn't working, we're not able to provide an immediate fix. Work on better mobile Support is planned, but we don't have an ETA for full functionality across all mobile browsers.
