Use the messenger (bottom right of your screen) to send us a message. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Neptune SaaS customer?

If you use Neptune hosted by us, the best way to get help is to use the messenger at the bottom of the screen while you're using Neptune.

How do I know if I'm using Neptune SaaS?

Check the URL if it says either of these you are using Neptune hosted by us:

Some SaaS customer have a dedicated Slack channel. If this is available, feel free to reach out there.

Neptune self-hosted / on premise customer?

If you Neptune is hosted on your own infrastructure, the best way to contact is is via the dedicated Slack channel provided to your team.

If you don't have a Slack channel you can contact us via the messenger at the bottom right of this page.
