This error generally occurs if your <a href="https://docs.neptune.ai/api_token/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Neptune API token</a> is malformed. <a href="https://docs.neptune.ai/api_token/#reset-api-token" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Regenerating the token</a> fixes the issue in most cases.
