How to contact Neptune's Customer Support team

Neptune SaaS Customers

All Plans

If you are using Neptune and the URL in your browser begins with either:

You should see a 'messenger' icon at the bottom right of your screen:

Click on the icon to send us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Lab Plan

If your team is on the 'Lab Plan' you will have access to a dedicated Slack channel. You can use this to ask us questions if you prefer that to using the in-app messenger.

Note - using the in-app messenger will gives us additional context about how you're using Neptune, so you may prefer this if the question is specific to a current screen / interaction.

Self Hosted Customers

If Neptune is hosted on your own domain, you will have access to a dedicated Slack channel.

Head over to Slack to contact us.

(If you're not sure how to find the Slack channel, contact whoever administers the Neptune installation at your organization.)
